StageCraft is designed to run on standard hosting services offered by companies such as IONOS and 123-reg.

All customers receive technical support regardless of what plan you go for. This includes support for technical problems such as bug fixes, errors and other technical problems. But does not include support for your hosting platform, install support or ‘how-to support'

Our highest tier also includes what we call ‘How-to support’. This includes support for your hosting platform (limited).

In theory StageCraft will run on any standard hosting plan or server platform that supports Apache, PHP 8, IONCube and MariaDB/MySQL. We have a list of supported hosting platforms on our wiki. Here we have install guides for the hosting platforms that we have tested it on. Customers that have enhanced support can also benefit from us installing it for you.

StageCraft is licenced perpetually and will last 365 calendar days. There are no on-going monthly charges (except for some hosting services) and you will receive full updates for the duration of your license. Once a license has expired, StageCraft will stop working.

Unfortunately, no. StageCraft is not sold as software-as-a-service (SAAS). It is licenced perpetually.
