With StageCraft, we believe community theatre should be about creativity, connection, and collaboration — not admin stress and messy spreadsheets. Our vision is to empower amateur dramatics groups with simple, smart tools that make running a theatre company easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. We’re here to support the people behind the curtain, so they can focus on bringing stories to life.

Why I built StageCraft

I've been involved in amateur dramatics for years — whether running lights backstage or serving on management committees. Over time, I grew increasingly frustrated with the scattered spreadsheets, clunky communication tools, and outdated systems we relied on.

When tablets started appearing in theatres, it became even more obvious that our tools weren’t keeping up. Things got messier, not easier.

So, I set out to build something better: a single, collaborative platform that’s simple, powerful, and accessible to everyone — regardless of age or tech experience.

I believe StageCraft achieves that goal, and I truly hope it helps your group as much as it's helped mine.
